Makkah, September 11, 2023, Masar Destination's owner and developer, Umm Al Qura for Development and Development, has disclosed an acquisition deal with Scope Properties for the development of residential towers with investments of up to SAR 900 million. This statement was made while they were taking part in the Cityscape Global Exhibition as partners for Masar Destination. Masar Destination has now received SAR 40 billion in investments overall to date. In order to considerably improve the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers in this holy city, this strategic step aims to strengthen and advance the housing and hospitality sectors in Makkah.
