Umrah program participants explore historical sites in Madinah tour

Madinah, January 6, 2024, Participants in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program for Umrah and Visit, under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawa, and Guidance, were treated to a captivating tour of several significant historical sites in Madinah. Among the notable locations visited were the Martyrs of Uhud Cemetery, Jabal Ar-Rumat (Hill of Archers), and the Quba Mosque. This curated cultural excursion was thoughtfully organized by the Ministry to enrich the cultural experiences of the guests and Umrah performers throughout their stay in Madinah.

Expressing their gratitude, the program guests conveyed their appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince for the outstanding services extended to them. They highlighted the seamless accessibility to historical Islamic monuments facilitated by these services, acknowledging that the initiative exemplifies the Kingdom's commitment and care towards Islam and its followers. The guests lauded the efforts invested in providing them with an enriching cultural journey, showcasing the Kingdom's dedication to fostering a deep connection between visitors and the rich Islamic heritage present in Madinah.
