London, November 02, 2023, On the fringes of the AI Safety Summit, which began yesterday, Assistant Director-General for Social and Human Sciences of UNESCO Gabriela Ramos met with Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, President of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). The two parties talked about artificial intelligence at the discussion and how crucial it is to advancing the UN's sustainable development goals. They also talked about the Kingdom's efforts in this area and the ethics of artificial intelligence in accordance with UNESCO's recommendations.
