Foreign Minister Omar Paganini was in San José, Costa Rica, on the fringes of the high-level ocean action conference where he met the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Envoy on Climate Affairs, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir. During the meeting, they talked about how they could deepen and improve their relations, as well as key world happenings that were of mutual interest to both parties. Participants in the meeting included Dr. Hassan Al-Ansari, who serves as the Saudi ambassador to the Republic of Peru.
