Use the Tawakkalna app to enable the Saudi red moon's Help Me service.

- The SRCA's Operations Center in the Holy Sites has been receiving reports for ambulance service through the "Tawakkalna" application, enabling immediate response to emergency situations.
The Saudi Red Crescent Agency (SRCA) and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Agency (SDAIA) launched an online service called "Help Me" through the "Tawakkalna" app.

Saudi Red Crescent and Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence created an electronic service called "Help Me" using the "Tawakkalna" app.




 




SRCA beneficiaries can get quick response to all emergency service needs during the haja season through the program.

The site was established on June 16, 2024 in the outskirts of Maca, Musdalifah. The Saudi Red Crescent Agency (SRCA) has launched an online service called "Help Me" in collaboration with the Subdata and Artificial Intelligence Agency (SDAIA). Through the "Tawakkalna" application, which is part of the "SDAIA", the service allows SRCA recipients to get a quick response to emergency service requests. SRCA's Sanctuary Operations Centre has received reports of calling for ambulance services through the Tawakarna app since the start of this year's Hajj season. This enables SRCA's Paramedics to respond instantly to any emergency that may occur.
