Riyadh, June 1, 2024. Yesterday, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, H.E. Walid Bin Abdul Karim Al-Kheriji, attended a ceremony at the Palace of Culture, which is located in the diplomatic neighborhood of Riyadh. The President of the African Group, Iyad Tidjani, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to the Kingdom, the Dean of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the representative of the Republic of Djibouti, Diyauddin Bamakhrama, paid tribute at the meeting. These two individuals had welcomed the Craigslist. The alumni said that the Kingdom had long-standing diplomatic and political relations with a number of African countries and organizations during its public address.
It affirmed the Kingdom's determination to strengthen cooperation and partnership with African countries in the areas of trade and integration, as well as its determination to promote consultation, coordination, and mutual assistance within international organizations on matters of mutual interest. A number of ambassadors from countries with diplomatic relations with the Kingdom also attended the event.
