Vice Foreign Minister Receives ICRC President

Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji met with ICRC President Mirjana Spoljaric to discuss collaboration on humanitarian efforts and relief work in response to regional and international developments.

Riyadh, November 4, 2024 – In a significant diplomatic meeting, Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, welcomed Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), to discuss ongoing humanitarian efforts and collaboration between the Kingdom and the ICRC. The meeting served as an important platform to review their joint initiatives in relief work and assess the broader implications of recent regional and international developments.
