Riyadh, December 05, 2023, Eng. Waleed bin AbdulKarim El-Khereiji, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a meeting with Christopher Cutajar, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade of Malta, in Riyadh today. The purpose of their meeting was to establish closer ties between Saudi Arabia and Malta. During the meeting, an agreement was signed between the two governments. This agreement grants mutual exemption of short-stay visa requirements for individuals holding diplomatic and private passports from both countries. This step aims to facilitate travel and enhance diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Malta.
