King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, sent a cable of congratulations to General To Lam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on being elected and inaugurated into office as provided for by their constitution, on May 27, 2024, in Jeddah. General To Lam received the cable on the day of his election.


Within the message, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques conveyed his warmest congratulations and best wishes for the president and people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, wishing them continued growth and happiness in their endeavors.
