Jeddah, September 02, 2023, Keeper of the Two Holy Mosques President Vo Van Thuong of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a telegram from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud congratulating him on the anniversary of his nation's independence.
The King sent His Excellency a cable in which he offered his warmest congratulations, wished him good health and continued happiness, and wished the fraternal Socialist Republic of Vietnam's administration and populace stable progress and prosperity.
