Diriyah, December 17, 2024 – The Diriyah Company announced today that it has signed a landmark partnership with Golf Saudi, designating the organization as the official operator of the Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course and the Royal Golf Club, two major upcoming attractions within the expansive Diriyah development on the outskirts of Riyadh.
The signing ceremony took place at the Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course, attended by key leaders, Golf Saudi ambassadors, professional players, and select media representatives. This significant moment marks a pivotal step in the realization of Diriyah’s vision to become a world-renowned cultural and lifestyle destination.
At the event, Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo and Golf Saudi CEO Noah Alireza highlighted how the partnership aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, reinforcing Diriyah’s position as “one of the world's next greatest gathering places.”
According to the release, the Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course, which was recently completed, has been designed to the highest international standards. The course blends luxury and sustainability within the cultural landscape of Diriyah, offering a unique golfing experience. Designed by legendary golfer Greg Norman, the course spans 630,000 square meters and features an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole academy course, a driving range, and a short game practice area, all just minutes away from the historic UNESCO World Heritage site of At-Turaif.
