WAMY Thailand hosts project promoting citizenship, unity, and coexistence

Bangkok, February 14, 2024, The Thailand office of the World Assembly for Muslim Youth (WAMY) recently orchestrated the "Youth Cooperation in the Development Field" initiative, aiming to equip young individuals with essential knowledge on citizenship, embracing diversity, fostering positive coexistence in multicultural societies, and contributing to national harmony and unity.

Around eighty male and female students, representing various academic disciplines such as management sciences, communication arts, and English language, participated in the program hosted at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The curriculum encompassed a range of topics including development studies, global lifestyles, cultural diversity, and Islamic studies.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the project's leaders and its role in fostering a sense of national pride, as well as in preserving and nurturing a prosperous society. They also commended the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through WAMY's impactful and high-caliber programs and development initiatives, which aim to benefit society and prepare youth for a brighter future.
