Without a Permit, the Ministry of Interior hosts a Mobile Exhibition in Riyadh called No Hajj.

- The exhibition will also discuss the penalties for breaking Hajj norms and regulations and highlight the services provided by the "Absher" electronic platform and unified security operations centers.
The Ministry of Interior is holding a mobile exhibition titled "No Hajj Without a Permit" to raise awareness about adhering to Hajj regulations and instructions.

The Ministry of Interior is organizing a mobile exhibition under the title "No Hajj Without a Permit" to increase awareness of the necessity to follow Hajj laws and regulations.


The role played by the ministry to ensure security and safety throughout the Hajj period will be showcased, along with the uses of artificial intelligence in controlling crowds.


The consequences of violating Hajj customs and laws will also be explained in the presentation, the services provided by the “Absher” online platform pointed out as well as unified security operations centers.



26 May 2024, Riyadh. The Ministry of Interior’s mobile exhibition will be present in Al-Othaim Mall Riyadh from June 26th to July 1st.” It is a display with the slogan “No Hajj without permit” meant to create an understanding among people on the importance of adherence to Hajj practices and directions of pilgrimage. This exhibit intends to make sure that pilgrims – who are divine guests – perform their rites safely, securely, comfortably and guarantee their safe return. The Pilgrim Experience Program, a program within Saudi Vision 2030, includes the Makkah Route initiative, which is one of the ministry's initiatives within the program. The attendees of the exhibition will also hear about the Ministry of Interior's efforts to maintain the security and safety of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques during the Hajj season.


The Makkah Route program is being presented by the ministry for the sixth time this year at 11 airports in seven different nations at 1445 a.m. The exhibition will cover consequences in the case of violation of customs and laws of the Hajj—traveling with a non-compliant religious companion and not obtaining a Hajj license. It will also cover the services provided by the "Absher" electronic platform and show the usage of unified security operations centers (911) in the acceptance of reports that need emergency security and humanitarian aid. During the event, the Ministry of Interior will showcase the services offered by the public security and Emirate of Riyadh Province. The General Directorate of Civil Defense, the National Center for Security Operations, the Special Forces for Hajj and Umrah Security, and the General Department of Translation within the Ministry of Interior are some of these sectors.
