Makkah, May 13, 2024, The Wofoud Al-Haram Association in Makkah, in collaboration with the Maldives Ministry of Islamic Affairs, recently hosted a delegation from the Maldives whose visit was part of the Wofoud program, which strives to offer a unique experience to guests performing Umrah rituals.
The Wofoud program, in collaboration with the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, offers a variety of programs, activities, and events to enrich the visitors' religious knowledge and fulfill their cultural and religious aspirations.
The program also includes courses for the delegates, in partnership with the Grand Mosque Institute, and connecting the delegations to Maqra' al-Haramayn (a program for teaching the Quran) to recite the Quran before the Grand Mosque's imams. The program also entails tours of historical landmarks.
