Cairo, Sept. 7, 2023, The second meeting of the working group charged with implementing the recommendations of the 17th session of the Saudi-Egyptian Joint Committee, held in Cairo on September 6–7, got underway on Wednesday. Abdulaziz bin Omar Al-Sakran, deputy governor for international relations at the Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade (GAFT), and Amany Al-Wasal, director of the sector in charge of agreements and external trade at the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry, jointly presided over the meeting. The meeting is a continuation of the substantial bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt, which aims to fortify ties of kinship, foster teamwork, and raise relationships to a higher plane. Additionally, it helps to increase trade between the two nations.
