Yaqeen Capital Company, in its capacity as Almuhafaza For Education Company's (the "Company" or "Almuhafaza") lead manager and financial advisor, hereby announces the company's intention to list its shares on the Parallel Market ("NOMU") and to offer 1,600,000 ordinary shares, or 20% of the company's capital after the Offering.
