The event took place in Najran on June 6, 2024. As a result of a well-coordinated system, consistent efforts, and round-the-clock service, organizations in Al-Wadiah Port and Pilgrims City, which include government, private, and volunteer groups, are actively greeting pilgrims who arrive from the Republic of Yemen via the port. In order to ensure that they are able to do their Hajj rituals with ease, simplicity, and tranquility, they are currently in the process of facilitating and finishing their entry procedures into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the coming year, which is 1445 AH. The pilgrims' faces transform into expressions of excitement and happiness as they leave the dock to travel to Makkah and Madinah.

Government entities are making significant and tangible efforts to assist pilgrims. The health department of the region provides all health and preventative services. These services include medical examinations for pilgrims and vaccinations against diseases that are considered to be epidemic. In addition only does it offer medication, vaccinations, and preventative treatments, but it also provides treatment for pilgrims. r, it provides educational and awareness publications on health and preventive practices, which pilgrims can utilize during the Hajj. Additionally, it provides medical and non-medical equipment, as well as fully prepared ambulances, to accommodate pilgrims. In the meantime, the branch of the General Directorate of Passports that is located in Najran made use of its resources to speed up the procedures for entering the country, which enabled pilgrims to pass the border in record time and without any interruptions. The port's customs department provides a wide range of services to pilgrims. These services include the construction of dedicated lanes for pilgrim transport buses, the prioritization of pilgrims in the completion of entrance procedures, and the enhancement of the port's operational competence to accommodate and assist pilgrims while they are entering the port.

Providing medical emergency services, instructional and awareness materials on first aid, and preparing centers leading to Makkah to provide all emergency services are some of the ways in which the Najran Region branch of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) supports pilgrims. In the region, the administrative and preaching teams of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance branch work to guide and facilitate pilgrims' entry into the Kingdom's territories. They do this by educating and informing them about Hajj's conditions and etiquette, answering their inquiries, facilitating their tasks, and distributing brochures and booklets that help guide and educate the pilgrim about the rituals' provisions and explain the religious significance of the pilgrimage.

In order to provide assistance to pilgrims, the Najran branch of the General Presidency of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice (CPVPV) is responsible for receiving them, distributing educational and awareness materials, and establishing an integrated educational and awareness exhibition in the area where pilgrims are resting. In the meantime, Highway Security Special Forces accompany the procession of pilgrim buses as they go from Al-Wadiah Port to the pilgrims' rest area. It is at Sultanah Center that the pilgrims leave the Najran region. In order to fulfill their sense of duty and fulfill their national and community obligations to the pilgrims who are visiting the Kingdom, volunteers provide humanitarian services around the clock at the port and in Hajj City in Al-Wadiah.

These activities include delivering meals and providing assistance to the elderly and sick. The Yemeni pilgrims, for their part, expressed gratitude and appreciation to the government of the custodian of the two holy mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince for their interest and eagerness to allow pilgrims from all over the world to perform their rituals with ease. This indicates that the citizens of the Kingdom are used to welcoming their visitors with a reception that is full of warmth and generous hospitality. They added by saying that the exceptional services offered, in addition to the good arrangement and professional work of the institutions working in the port and Pilgrims City, helped them to conclude the entry procedures in ease and convenience without delay. In addition, they beseeched that the All Mighty God is to continue showering the kingdom with security and stability.
