Zain KSA has revealed a strategic cooperation and partnership agreement with 'Altibbi', a remote medical consultation platform connecting patients directly with accredited physicians through voice calls or text. This collaboration will see the integration of Zain Clinic into the Zain KSA app, offering a seamless and innovative remote medical consultation service. Zain KSA becomes the first telecommunications operator to introduce remote medical services through its application in Saudi Arabia. The announcement was made during the third annual tech event LEAP24, where Zain KSA is participating as a strategic sponsor.
The partnership with Altibbi platform is in line with Zain KSA's strategy to diversify its services beyond telecommunications, entering into new sectors and industries while rolling out innovative digital services in the Saudi market. By offering integrated all-digital services to customers, this collaboration will enhance the accessibility of healthcare services across the Kingdom. It also contributes to the nationwide digital transformation journey, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote advanced and accessible healthcare solutions.
