Zain KSA has been honored with the HRSD 'Labor Award' at the Global Labor Market Conference in Riyadh. This recognition highlights Zain KSA's dedication to talent localization and its efforts to empower Saudi youth in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector. The award was presented by Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, to Zain KSA CEO Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither.
Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither commented on the award, emphasizing Zain KSA's commitment to elevating the localization rate in the ICT sector. He stated that Zain KSA focuses on nurturing national talent, supporting their professional growth, and contributing to Saudi Arabia's transition to a digital economy in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Zain KSA has strategically prioritized talent localization, and this award marks its second consecutive year of receiving the HRSD Labor Award for ICT Talent Localization. The company's efforts include programs such as the Evolve program for recent graduates and initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Zain KSA has also received recognition for its "Best Diversity and Inclusion Program" at the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit.
