Makkah, March 7, 2025 – Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a telephone call today from the President of the Republic of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema. The conversation, which took place in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, served to further strengthen the diplomatic ties between Saudi Arabia and Zambia.


During the call, Prince Faisal conveyed the warm greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. The exchange underscored the Kingdom's commitment to fostering close and cooperative relations with Zambia.


The discussion between the two officials also focused on exploring ways to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation on various issues of mutual interest. Both leaders emphasized the importance of continued dialogue and collaboration in areas that can further contribute to the growth and development of their respective countries. The conversation reflects the strong diplomatic ties and shared aspirations between Saudi Arabia and Zambia, paving the way for deeper collaboration in the future.
